DAMAGE CONTROL – Prevent Your Web Presence – by Vivek Raj Shivhare

in current affairs, Latest Updates, She's The Boss, What She Said on 07/28/15

Vivek Raj Shivhare Internet Marketing GuruEveryday there are thousands of businesses that launch their websites, social media pages and blogs. Seems like everyone wants to get started online. The trends are such that if you are not online, you will be missing a big piece of pie. Yep! with almost 99% of people accessing the internet to buy, sell, and promote their products and services – your web presence is important!

Like any other brick and mortar business, online businesses require proper attention when it comes to customer satisfaction and service. When you provide good service to your customer, they come back with great reviews for you. Reviewing websites, products and services has become an industry of its own. Where we have true and authentic reviews from real customers, there are some back stabbers too.

In our recent research, we found that some online businesses are using dirty tricks to smash their competition. They are using false customer reviews and comments to build their credibility but are using the same tool to put other businesses down.

Now, if you are thinking that websites like YELP, BBB or YellowPages are safe and their reviews matter – then you will be shocked to know that even these websites are filled with fake reviews. So, if your business is getting hit by such catastrophically bad reviews from fraudulent profiles online, you gotta take some action.

Other than the online reputation and credibility, we have noticed social media websites like Facebook and Google Plus getting hit by such corrupt act to establish one business while killing the other. With hackers trying to hack websites, transaction ids and compromising large data corporations – DAMAGE CONTROL is a must right from the first day when you begin working on your online presence.
